I've used Eugene & Sons Plumbers LLC twice now—once to fix a toilet flange at a rental we own in Miami, and another time to help find a leak in our house. Jared and his crew were great—very polite and professional. When we had a water leak emergency, they showed up right away, while other companies said it would be a long wait. Frederick went the extra mile, not only repairing the issue but also putting in a device to help prevent future problems. We’ll be calling these plumbers for all our needs from now on!

We are very satisfied with the plumbing service we received. We realized our water wasn’t heating properly, so we called for help after hours. Jared suggested a few things over the phone, like unplugging the water heater and turning off the water supply, and said someone would come by the next day. I had a great experience with a plumbing company! I woke up to find a cracked pipe under my bathroom sink, and water was spraying everywhere. I stopped the leak by turning off the water main. I called in the morning, really stressed out because of a burst pipe! The receptionist told me it would be about 2 hours for Jared to arrive, and he was right on time. Jared even offered to come right away to shut off our main water line before finishing his current job—how great is that? The repair work was excellent. We have been customers for over 20 years because they are the BEST! They did an outstanding job this week on our newest project, a building that was built in 1942 and where there wasn't a clean-out access point. We had a sudden blockage in our sewer line.
