I had a tankless water heater put in, along with a few other plumbing repairs. I don’t usually give out top ratings, but this plumbing team really impressed me. Roger and the rest of the crew were friendly, showed up right on time, and their work was excellent. This was my first time using this plumbing company in Miami, and I’m really glad I did. I called about my water heater not turning on, and the receptionist was very helpful and made sure a technician would come out as soon as possible. Derek, the plumber, texted me when he was on his way. He was very professional, took his time checking all the parts of my water heater, and quickly found and fixed the problem. I had a fantastic experience with this plumbing company! I called them on a Friday afternoon when I noticed my kitchen sink was completely clogged. Their dispatcher let me know that a plumber named Frederick would be at my house within an hour, which was much faster than I expected. Frederick arrived right on time, was very friendly, and clearly knew all about plumbing. He quickly took care of the clog and got my sink draining perfectly again. Jared came to my house to fix a stubborn clog in my kitchen drain. He was very professional and took the time to explain the different ways we could solve the problem. After we talked it over, he used a drain snake and quickly cleared out the blockage. I liked that after I booked the appointment, I got helpful text messages letting me know when Jared would arrive.
