Running my 3rd marathon in to Historic Hayward Field was Unprecedented for my experience! The course was premium for a personal best too!
I ran my first half marathon here and my first full marathon here. It's beautiful, well attended, well organized. Many people volunteer and encourage you. The tee shirts are fabulous. I love this race. Sign up.... you will be glad you did.

Fantastic! Was able to easily qualify for Boston on this flat course with cool temps and beautiful scenery. Would absolutely recommend!
Great course, Well organized, fun, great ending running into the track stadium, really enjoyed getting back into marathon racing after a 10 year break.
