I am in Iraqi war veteran and the benefits of having a VA hospital is very slow. Doesn't help that I'm 100% disabled and it's hard to talk about one real life problem's and finding a solution. until you get the round around for countless months. Doesn't feel like a hospital at all. Overall I'm great full of what I have. It's better then not having anything. Hope the system improves.
Losing sleep because I need help and my next appointment with my doctor is in a year. Was seen about 2 weeks ago and the doctor made a follow up for next year. Despite concerns about increasing pain in both knees, feet, hands, and right shoulder, the solution is R.I.C.E., Motrin, and faith? If faced with a choice between yearly visits where I get seen for 20 minutes and forgotten about or death, I think I'd rather die.
Have been to several different VA centers in several states and this location is the best. Listened to my problems and took steps to help immediately.
Always a good visit here. Caring and involved staff.
