First, if you have Not been there in over a year, check it out! There is NOW a walk in clinic that sees you the same day. Just get there earlier in the morning as they “sometimes” have limited numbers of appointments to see walk-in patients. I have used it and found it to be GREAT, and I have “higher standards” for medical facilities. I am STILL upset that the “Promised” 24 hour Urgent Care never has happened, Peter DeFazio LIED to us. And for All the SIZE of the facility it still has zero doctors for some needs.

Quality facility and some great people. Had a few minor hiccups, but overall a good experience.
Eugene is the Worst facility I have been to and Primary Care is the most useless in all aspects. The National Review Board was useless with one exception, they fired that Rude Coronary Dr. Don't plan on receiving much relief, all they do is make you wait. Glad they spent all that money on a nice new building, maybe they should have spent some money on training and Bed Side Manor!

Colonoscopy today. Excellent doctor. Rapid service. Courteous staff. This echos my comprehensive experience with the VA for the past ten years, including emergency eye surgery.
I wonder if our country realizes that nice buildings do not provide us with the care we need. And don't think for one moment that the good souls who work for the VA don't do it for the big bucks. They work with us because they care. But you have to have doctors and the tools you need to do your job! Thank you to the staff at the Eugene VA Clinic. Don't give up on us. You do touch us and we see you. So write to your government representatives. We need to keep reminding them that we are here and we need their help!
