We recently came back into the Eugene Family Dental family after a brief separation, due to new dental insurance. After two visits at another office, we both decided to come back "home", with or without insurance! The office staff is the very best, and we both love Cindy, our long time hygienist. Visits are always pleasant and actually fun....yes, not many people have "fun" at their dental appointments, but we do! I have been seeing Cindy at Eugene Dental for well over 30 years and she does a fantastic job. She is detailed in her work, friendly, and extremely caring. Knowing she is doing my cleaning makes going to the dentist almost a joy.
Dr. Ben and staff are sensitive to my anxiety about dental procedures. They go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Ben has a calming and patient nature and is willing to explain things in detail. I am a frequent client/patient for routine maintenance and recently for a partial denture. I've always been treated professionally and efficiently by Dr. Ben and the staff at Eugene Family Dental.

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. However, Dr. Thomas is amazing. He is gentle and actually hears my fears and addresses them. The front office staff is wonderful and I cannot say enough about their hygienists. Overall, just a great place to go for treatment.
