I am so thankful for Dr. Neale and his staff. They have saved my sight in my right eye!
Pretty sure this is the best eye practice in lane county. It's a busy office, but they take great care of me every appointment I have had. Wife had Lasik and it was a big gain for her to no longer need contacts or glasses.
Pretty crapy billing practice, didn't wait for insurance to cover there part and automatically billed us for six hundred dollars then back and forth between insurance and there collection agency, thirty days later sent to collections now sent to small claims court and didnt even try and work with us plus they scared my wife into surgery in first place, never doing this again better to be blind than this crap. Really not impressed with lack of caring our healthcare system has.
