As a landlord, I have never had a worse experience with a property management company than with EBMC. They never performed drive-bys of the properties. When I went to one of the houses, I found the lawn completely dead and the landscaping gone. Both tenants that EBMC placed into my properties had to be evicted. Run away if you're considering EBMC!
