I purchased cabinets through my contractor and paid in full. Unfortunately, the contractor made incorrect measurements and had to return them. After this, I never heard from her again. When I contacted the factory directly to get my cabinet doors, they refused to provide them because I am not the contractor, even though I was the one who paid. This place has terrible customer service and refuses to communicate with me or provide my cabinet doors.
