I schedule an appointment with Eubanks and he never showed up once I was at his building. I called 3 to 4 times and texted, no response! I was upset because I live an hour away from town, which I made a special trip to get my car detailed. I was disappointed because a lot of people have told me that he does great work, but I would’ve liked a response, even if you forgot.. you still could’ve let me know.

Had tint done on my car, that was great. Had my carpet done. While my vehicle was there it was damaged. They said they would pay for the repairs after we called and complained several times. I had to order the parts myself because Eubanks did not even though they told my husband they had ordered them. Eubanks was supposed to pay for them...Needless to say... They did not pay for the parts even after the service tech called and let them know the parts were in. Eubanks said someone was on the way with a check to pay for parts.... read more
