I called and tried to schedule an auto detail and talked to a man named Aaron. He said that he would pick up my vehicle on and detail it for $450.00 , I usually pay around $250.00. I ask him why it was so high and he said it culls out the riff raff. I agreed to let him come pick it up but he would not give me an address where he was taking my $75000.00 vehicle . I believed that he might steal it so I called off the deal . BBBAADD customer service !!! Jim Brown
My daughter's tint was messed up on her new car.. Several text sent to him and he never replied and problem wasnt solved.. would never use this company horrible customer service
Seriously can’t make this up... a friend of mine asked for recommendations on tint I shared my bad experience about Eubanks and now he is on there calling me a moron and a kid. Great business professionalism. Just do your best and avoid this place. Apparently they still can’t get it together months later.
had an appointment at Eubanks Detail Services today at 10 am which on saturday’s are by appointment only so i get here a little early at 9:30 (when they were supposed to be opening) and wait, 10 am comes and this other girl pulls next to me who also has the same appointment time, it’s now 10:45 and STILL no one is here. no one has let us know anything, we just waited in good faith someone was going to show up. but guess noone wanted to come to work today so i’ll be bringing my business ELSEWHERE
