Etto is the collaboration of David Rosner, Tad Curtz, Amy Morgan and Peter Pastan. This small Italian restaurant/pizzeria and wine bar opened in 2013 and has wowed locals ever since. They mill their own grain and everything is made from scratch. Their menu comprises of pizzas, salads, seafood dishes and salumi. We had a terrific dinner last night. We started with a specialty cocktail and enjoyed Roman artichokes, anchovies in green sauce, "Gilda Radners," which I think they should rename for me because it is all of my favorite foods all on one skewer (olive, anchovy and chili pepper), roasted cauliflower pizza and more. Really great. Go tonight!
Amazing food, great energy, perfect location!
Excellent staff! Food was great, loved the pizza, was ready so fast I was shocked. Great price. Did I mention the staff is adorable?
