I have made service calls with 2 hour's notice. They deliver my car, after service, within minutes of their estimated time for service. If more than an hour, I have been offered a courtesy car if I choose to leave and come back.

Bait and Switch Con men.... they could try to be honest
Everyone is very friendly & helpful. I always go back to get my oil changed. Our next car we will be getting another Hyundai & getting it from Ettleson.
