Long story short....Jerry Lacosia at Ettleson Hyundai was very dishonest with me on a vehicle I was interested in. Causing my wife and I to waste our valuable time on a recent Saturday morning. When I contJerry! him afterwards....not even an apology! What a Jerk! I certainly wouldn't recommend that place.
Run, don’t walk, to Mike York at Ettleson Huundai in Countryside. This dude will make it practically painless, and the rest of the staff are just as great. (Shoutout to their finance director for getting us through the paperwork, while fully explaining everything, at the speed of light) I have so many positive things to say about this dealership, though I recommend you check it out and ask for Mike so you can experience it yourself.
I took a half day off of work to visit this dealership and was promised by Jerry that they could beat $580 for a lease on a car I was looking for, but when I arrived the sales person told me the best they could do was $620. Needless to say, I am not happy with their flat out lies and deceptive business practices to get me to actually go into the dealership, only to be told something else when I got there. You can do better. Go somewhere else.

I had a great buying experience here. Any car I wanted to see, no problem. It was just after the black Friday madness or at the tail end of it. I still got full attention while Ted was servicing at least one other interested buyer. We were there quite a while but everyone we met with kept it friendly and entertaining.
