They did contact me to let me know vehicle was getting set and no pictures were available. I asked for a ball park price, because I was looking at another one just a different color. My sales agent Leah was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She was very transparent, did exactly what she said she would. She carried me thru the sale from beginning to end. The DEALERSHIP themselves weren't so transparent. I specifically chose a franchised dealership because I THOUGHT I would get the best service, the most honest service. But THIS dealership sold me a 2011 SRX Cadillac knowing that it had bad hub assembly's, a trunk motor that didn't work and a leaking power steering pump. Original contact was bad. The lady who contacted me was not helpful. Took days to answer questions Then Said I had to call used car manager . Not sure what her job was. Then talked to ken. Who gave me the usual used car salesman run around. After I made a offer. Of course he said he would have to talk to the owners.
