After sitting for two hours a guy came and threw my keys at me and said he couldn't help me I needed to leave. I asked the guy if they could at least put my car back to how I brought it in so I could drive it somewhere else because I brought it in drivable. He cussed at me and was very rude and unprofessional. I urge anyone to never EVER take a vehicle there!!!!--< this is what a friend of mine just went threw!

Hi Jessica - Thank you for letting us know about your friend's recent experience at Etter Ford. I apologize if our service did not meet their expectations. The keys they brought to us to program were not programmable, therefore, we tried to program Ford keys. Those keys did not work either. At that point, it was concluded that we would not be able to resolve the issue at hand and did not charge them anything for the keys. I would never go anywhere else to buy a car anymore. I've also had great experience with all the service I had done on my car there. You have always gone above and beyond trying to make me pleased and you just don't find that in this day and age that's why I will never go anywhere else and I tell everyone I see about you !
