$84 dollars for a oil change. Never once have they changed my cabin air filter, they didn’t fill my coolant fluid. Said I had nail in tire never asked if I wanted it fixed they just took it upon themselves and then charged me $24 very shady place. My last oil change they never got my oil pan bolt on right had oil leaking everywhere then they stripped the bolt when I took to have them fix it. They don’t do what they claim they do. Stay clear from this Shady service department.

Beware of service .They are just shade tree mechanics, that just throw new parts on $771, does not fix the problem. Bring it back get charged $126 to look at it again for the same problem. Say it's another problem and another $450 for more parts and it may still not be the problem. Then every time, I get the car back I have to carpet clean the mats, since they turn my shoes black when I get in it. I didn't realize I needed to supply my own paper floor mats.

I have went to the service department a few times in the past but never dealt with the younger female, until now. The only reason I went there was to have my FOB key checked since they were the ones who I purchased it from. It was not locking my drivers side door and I assumed it was something very minor. She goes on to tell me she needs to check it further and take the door panel off and it would probably take an hour. As a dealership & repair shop it is our liability to point out every single thing that may be of a concern or problem to the driver now or in the near future. Recalls are very pushed to be repaired ASAP by the manufacturer, and all costs are covered by the manufacturer.
