The doctors were great but I've been waiting for the office manager to call back my 5 messages, I have left for 2 months now. This is regarding a $470 bill, that I just paid, because I don't want it going to collections. She was going to look into why some of their residents were listed as covered under my insurance, and not others. She said she was going to reach out to someone else. I've never heard back.
