Not only do you have to repeat your situation over and over because the doctors change so often you have to deal with rude office help
Called to pay them over the phone for a bill they sent me, they WOULD NOT TAKE my payment information over the phone. So I just made a note that I tried to call with the date and time for my records. I'm sure the debt collector will understand when they call that we've already made attempts to pay them and were turned away. What a joke. When a business won't take payment, you know that system is truly broken.
