My son absolutely loves ETS. He started well over a year ago and attends in 3 to 4 month intervals when his schedule allows. He has grown in strength, confidence and speed. As well as maturity!! He has made friends and looks forward to going. ETS is family friendly and kid friendly with classes that are age appropriate, keep them engaged and wanting more. Coaches share his struggles and progress with me. I appreciate the open communication, as well as the way they care about the kids they work with.
Couldn’t be more pleased with ETS performance!!My son started training at ETS south in mid August of this year going two times a week and by mid October my sons strength and vertical jump increased drastically. He went from not being able to dunk only touching rim to fully dunking two handed in live basketball games. Really unbelievable what strength training plyometrics and consistency can do. Highly recommend!!
My daughter Mylee has been training at ETS Franklin for about 6 months, and I can’t say enough good things! The coaches truly care about her goals and her future, not just in sports but in life. They’ve even come to watch her play volleyball, which meant the world to her! She’s gotten stronger, more confident, and made amazing friendships along the way. My family and I only have such great things to say about Wes and his training staff at ETS! It is the perfect place to train for any athlete of any sport looking to grow as an athlete but also as a person.
