even though one is never excited to have a unit replaced, brian was responsive to our needs as we have a specific install. the new unit needed to match the size of the old. he was prompt and courteous in his response.
Service was prompt and professional. This was a maintenace service. He went above what other service companies have done for me in the past. I was very happy with the service.
Since it obviously does no good to call and complain on a driver I'll leave a review, maybe that way they'll know their driver that comes through Pinson and CenterPoint around 6 AM drives wreckkessly and eradicate weaving in and out of traffic and speeding well over 15 mph over the limits.
Our technician was awesome. Professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Another example of the reason we are so glad we chose Ethridge
