Just called, seems like this is a franchise business with a central scheduling office. I was informed that "they are not taking new clients in Alabama at this time." Other reviews suggest the service is quite good, but apparently not available to us in Baldwin county at this time.
They walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was good after the job was completed. They made something I do not understand easy to do. Thank you!
