It was my first visit to the practice today and it was beautiful and welcoming from the moment you walked in. Such an inviting waiting room with very kind and genuine staff. My son had a filling today without anaesthetic, Dr Heidi was so gentle and explained everything so well and it was lovely to have a chat also. The dental assistant Kaziah was also super friendly, professional and very in tune with reassuring and encouraging my son. Thank you to the team for such a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back!
The absolute BEST DENTIST I have had the pleasure (yes - PLEASURE) in attending in my life since my first venture into the chair at 6 years of age in 1955. Dr Matt is brilliant. His assistants(all of them) have been superb. I told him, "I'm a bit of a sook with dentists! Go with the shot, the local, and if need be, a mallet as I don't like pain."
