I went in for a psych evaluation for my VA disability. Right off the bat, Dr. Roy Etheridge approached me with a directness that I have not experienced in over 20 years of seeing a psych therapist. It was the most honest and refreshing approach I’ve ever had. Many may not take to a direct approach, but as a veteran I saw this as an immediate “let’s get down to it” feeling, making me feel for the first time that someone wanted to actually KNOW what was going on with me and in my head.
