If you want the best barley wine you’ve ever had, come here. If you want the best Belgium blonde in America, come here. Oh, you’re into sours, they have those and the best I’m told. Other Brewers come here to drink the beer because it’s the best. Lexington has a great amount of good beer but Ethereal’s quality and accurate representation of their style is paramount including the experimental beers which exceed the expectations of even the most discerning Trappist monk.
