Today I realized that I sent my mother's 88th birthday present to the wrong address after I was notified by Ethel M Chocolates that it had already been shipped. Thank heavens for Chris who gave me exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to contact Fedex to make sure it got delivered to the correct address and ON her birthday! I am forever grateful and will only buy Ethel M chocolates from now on!! I had such a enjoyable time walking around the decorative garden. LOVE THIS PLACE.
This is one of the best things I did this Christmas. Only thing is that I wish they would have posted the stats of how many lights were there, man hours it took , etc. Great family fun. We went on Dec 22nd about 5:15 and the crowds were not bad at all!
We took our grandsons it was magical, and the chocolates were the best I ever had.
Love this place anytime of year not only are the chocolates Devine but the cactus garden is so beautiful

Awesome experience to go into the chocolate factory..I love it more around Xmas time it makes the experience a little more special in the garden of lights and the chocolate yummy
