Above and beyond expectations . We were sellers living out of state which added numerous things to our 'to do' list. Ethel stayed on top of everything- which included current market analysis (our neighborhood in particular), always responding to my calls, emails and texts and assisting us in wrapping up those pesky last minute chores that seem never ending when trying to clear the house out.
