Such a warm, welcoming, and inviting staff! This was the first dentist I visited in Knoxville and I’ll never visit a different one. They’ve completely turned around my dental health.

They are thieves and will deceive you about what insurance covers and what procedure you are getting. I have periodontal disease and had a root planning last year, which went great. The hygienist told me I could just have regular cleanings from here on out. REGULAR CLEANINGS, not special periodontal ones that go against a deductible instead of a copay. I received an EOB back also informing me that Ethan Long DDS is now out of network with my insurance, so good riddance. The customer service is garbage and the dentist himself... read more
