Having been using Eternally Green for several years for our lawn and crabapple trees. They do a great job for reasonable price. They always are nice on the phone and answer questions promptly and provide quick estimates. In fact, two of my sons are using them based on my recommendation and what they have noticed in my weedless and green lawn. I have watched them from time to time applying the weed/feed and they actually do stop and do spraying of any weed or two that popped up.

I was looking for a professional service for lawn care and asked my neighbor across the street, he recommended EGLS and I went with them. In the second year of having them Ive had to call and complain about their service tech damaging my gate to the back yard, called them last week to have them come out and look at my lawn because adjacent lots to mine have a lush green lawn. EGLC has a reliable service plan for the season every. Every ~6 I can expect a visit from the same company rep who delivers a speedy/good service on my property.

I've worked with Eternally Green for over 6 years. Up until last year I have had good experience with them. Unfortunately last year weeds began to appear in my back yard and Eternally green has been unsuccessful in determining the problem. I followed all of their recommendations, yearly aerations, seeding, weed control, fresh soil and watering. My lawn in the back of my house has dead grass, bald spots, and weeds. I would highly recommend Eternally Green for any lawn care needs. They come out when they say they will, are great at following up on requests, and everyone I have dealt with is very polite. It's nice to have a company handling this service and you don't have to worry about whether or not they will get things done!

So far so good! They have been out twice. There was a problem with the billing that was fixed immediately upon calling so yay for that!

My experience with Eternally Green Lawn Care seemed fine when I initially hired them in 2015. When they started treating my front lawn I was happy with the service. In 2016 I discovered they were treating and billing me for the back yard too - after I asked them to only treat my front lawn in 2015. I spoke to the office a second time about treating the front only and was told the rate would be lower - which means I paid for the back yard all of 2015 when I did not ask for the service. After 3 years using this company, the June fertilizer and weed control application killed my grass. A represenrative came out and told me they woul rethatch and double reseed. After not hearing for a week, I contacted the office and the girl told me the rep talked to her but didn't say that I should be contacted. I told her I was not paying for the application that killed my lawn and she said fine, and all future applications are cancelled.
