Dr Frank and staff made me want to buy my glasses from them instead of receiving my free ones from the VA. They were that professional, and that friendly.
Service is decent, just don't schedule an appointment on a Wednesday between 12:00 and 1:00 pm, because the office is closed and they will make you wait outside, although they are the ones who schedule the appointments. They really need to fix that scheduling glitch.
My trip to Estrella Eye Care was great! The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful during my visit. I enjoyed the easy convenience and location. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and patient care. Extremely happy with how thorough Dr. Beth explained everything to me!
