RecommendedI am ever grateful for the staff at Estrella Mountain Eye Care. I tore my only set of contact lenses while visiting AZ, and even though I am not their patient and most likely never will be, they went above and beyond to assist me in coordinating a replacement. The staff were kind, competent, and gracious to accommodate me in my unique situation. I would highly recommend them.

My optometrist is Dr. Loe, and I cannot say enough good things about him! He takes real time to explain what the issues are and treatment options, and actually LISTENS. The office staff and customer service here is fantastic too!! Highly recommend!!!!
Quite a few things to note about my experience over the last 2 years that I think will be helpful to those looking to have a well-rounded opinion of a place. 1. I've seen 2 different doctors - 1 per each yearly exam. The first doctor I saw was okay, the second doctor, Dr. Loe. I don't feel good about either experience I've had at Estrella Mtn. Eye Care. 2. I was pleased in the way my appointment went from the check in to the selecting of glasses. Everyone was helpful and friendly. It made me feel welcome to a new area and reduced the stresses in moving, setting up services, etc.
Staff and Eye Doctor Very friendly and proficient. I was in and out within an hour...that's including eye exams and getting new glasses...
Customer Service is awesome, they have gone above and beyond for me since I’ve lived here. Would recommend.
