I had such a great experience with my laser hair removal treatment! I’ve had this done at other places before, and it was always VERY uncomfortable…but this time was completely different. Lisa was wonderful! She was also very thorough. Willing to make adjustments from what I originally booked based on what I was telling her and did her own assessment to determine what would be best! This was my first time with Lisa (not my first facial) and I immediately booked a second appointment with her. Highly recommend!
Awful- I went In for my appt today & Lisa’s said I had already used a Groupon last year so I couldn’t use the Groupon this time- which to be perfectly honest would’ve been fine but why did you wait for me to come all the way here and then tell me why could you not have called me or text me prior to me standing right in front of you? I found it very unprofessional - i would not recommend her. She was explaining to me how little she makes on Groupon and wanted to charge me the full price- I made my way to the door and left.
got lasering services and it came out phenomenal. costumer service was great, pricing was very reasonable and i would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get esthetician services!
