I don't understand how they can have a 4.7-star rating; their customer service is terrible, and my experience was horrible. They refused to provide the service because I had purchased it through Groupon, even though I actually wanted to check out the clinic with the intention of investing more in treatments for my face. Don't buy anything from this place; it’s not even a real clinic—it’s just a room rented within another business. I basically threw my money away and couldn't get a refund.
Highly recommend! I’ve had traditional laser hair removal before, and her IPL treatments are so much more comfortable and painless. She’s professional, friendly, and the results have been amazing!
I had such a great experience with my laser hair removal treatment! I’ve had this done at other places before, and it was always VERY uncomfortable…but this time was completely different. Lisa was wonderful! She was also very thorough. Willing to make adjustments from what I originally booked based on what I was telling her and did her own assessment to determine what would be best! This was my first time with Lisa (not my first facial) and I immediately booked a second appointment with her. Highly recommend!
