We recently purchased a house in west San Jose with Esther as our agent. During our search phase, Esther was very prompt and active in helping us tour properties, even on short notice. Our contract phase was especially challenging. The seller agent was not pleasant to work with and had misrepresented some details of the property. Esther handled this situation calmly and helped us all the way through. We appreciate working with her and she is very reachable even afterwards and always willing to help.
