They Will cancel reschedule at a whim but charge you for late visits. I had pre scheduled visits that by their office were changed more than 5 times. And at visits Scare tactics at all appointments. They say you have an appt with Dr min to instead meet with a technician who knows nothing about your case. With the severe numbing and antibiotic talk —I don’t trust the idea they are biological dentist especially because no consent or conversation with actual doctor (after $5k only saw her-the doctor -once). Please please, don’t go here. My husband and I saw Dr. Min for over 2 years for ALF treatment. Spent over $14,000 and not much of an improvement. She over promised like crazy especially in the beginning when we were still making payments and was nice and would stay and talk about our concerns. As soon as the payments were done, she was short and not nice and made me do traditional braces on my top teeth when in the beginning she said I didn’t have to do that. I just got done 2 crowns done here after my past dentist did a filling too big. Dr.Min was very quick, caring and professional on the procedure, and especially when she did the anesthesia shots, it felt relaxed instead of being tense and too painful. She repeatedly asked if my bite was comfortable after inserting the new crowns, and adjusted them carefully based on my feedback. Thank you so much Dr.Min!
I have fortunately been a patient with Dr. Min for over 20 years now! Dr. Min, Cere and Butler are brilliant and outstanding. These doctors are on the cutting edge of safe and holistic care. I have had nothing but excellent experiences every single visit. Honored to be a patient here.
During my last appointment, Dr. Min hadn't even reviewed my chart, and made me repeat what my dental issue was 3 times. It seemed as if she was not listening, and she was dismissive. At some point, Dr. Min told me 'I need to see my patients,' as if I weren't at an appointment, and that she doesn't have any history with me. I informed her that I've been a regular patient at this location for 4 years, and that this was a scheduled appointment.
