I have fortunately been a patient with Dr. Min for over 20 years now! Dr. Min, Cere and Butler are brilliant and outstanding. These doctors are on the cutting edge of safe and holistic care. I have had nothing but excellent experiences every single visit. Honored to be a patient here.
During my last appointment, Dr. Min hadn't even reviewed my chart, and made me repeat what my dental issue was 3 times. It seemed as if she was not listening, and she was dismissive. At some point, Dr. Min told me 'I need to see my patients,' as if I weren't at an appointment, and that she doesn't have any history with me. I informed her that I've been a regular patient at this location for 4 years, and that this was a scheduled appointment. This is a warning for current and future patients of dentist Esther Min. If you have a feeling that something is off or you’re not being heard, get a second opinion. I was a patient of hers from 6/2016-5/2023. During this period, I spent over $15,000 with the majority of it paid towards an implant and 2 crowns. Since I moved to NV and gotten a new dentist a year ago, they have discovered issues with every single one of those teeth. Esther Min.
