I used Nikki Biama with my recent house purchase in Benicia. After a really sour experience the 1st time I bought back in '05, it was a sigh of relief with working with her. She was on top of everything. She walked me through all the steps, answered all my questions. and no matter how silly the question was, or how many times I repeated myself in questions.
