Mal servicio. Te cobran por el examen y el copay y otro servicio, le cobran al seguro y luego te mandan una carta que le tienes que pagar más. No recomiendo este lugar. Terminé pagando más de $280. Por el examen de la vista. Más lo que le cobraron a mi seguro que supuestamente no aceptaban mi seguro. Lo peor es que las monturas que tienen son carísimas y son plástico barato.

I called this optical office to ask a simple question about scheduling an appointment for contact lenses after being referred by my ophthalmologist, Dr. Fasano. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I spoke with two staff members who were rude and unhelpful. I was only trying to confirm whether the doctor prescribes contact lenses and if my insurance was accepted, but they insisted I schedule and pay for an appointment without being able to answer basic questions.
