poor hospitality not good customer service. reprensetatives are rude on phone. they don't understand foreigners very very poor communications

While on a mother-daughter trip to Estes Park, my daughter and I both developed colds. When my daughter kept getting worse, I took a look at her throat and it was almost swollen shut. Looked like strep to me. I called the Estes Park Medical Center Family Clinic right away and they were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone I dealt with on the phone couldn't have been nicer. I am VERY impressed with this facility. I've worked for 5 big hospitals in Miami Dade County, FL and I compared the quality of care, customer service, friendliness of the staff and bed manners of the doctors and it is top notch. Kudos to EPMC.

I was visiting Estes Park with my family and my husband had to rush me to the hospital. Every single staff member was kind, respectful and considerate. I ended up spending the night. Doctor Chew and Doctor Dunn were amazing, as we're my nurses, Eric and Troy, the 2 CNA's, Sara and Sarah were very kind and caring. I felt safe and we'll cared for. They took very good care of me and I was able to come home on Saturday. Thank you to the staff. I can't remember all of the ER people who took care of me, but you also have my thanks... read more

Worst hospital in the state! They misdiagnosed my OB bleed as a miscarriage and didn't even preform an ultrasound (their ultrasound tech works Mon-Fri, my issue happened on a Tuesday at 9 am, so it was available). Luckily, I choose to seek care for OB/GYN services in Longmont where they know to preform ultrasounds on pregnant women who are bleeding!! Had to go in last night. Was light headed with several other symtoms. They plopped me into a wheelchair and had me in a room quickly. Everybody was so nice and helpful and they quickly determined what it was. This is the only time I'd give a 5 star review and then say, "I hope that I never have to go back".

Bad experience with their care. Was in a car accident a while back and had my ear sewn up at EPMC. Long story short, they left a piece of glass in my ear that was removed today.

I have a rare neuro degenerative disorder which has left me with a tracheostomy, ventilator, and wheelchair dependent. I was treated SO well by the ER staff on August 4th, 2015. The ER dr was wonderful as he respected my knowledge of my disease and what makes me better. He also gave me the time I needed to talk about end of life expectations, etc. what a special place!!
