I scheduled Estes for an AC maintenance. They scheduled me out about 3 weeks, which is OK, and gave me a 5 hour window. The first time they didn't hot the window, and wanted to come at dinner time, so I rescheduled...OK. rescheduled again, about 2 weeks out and a 5 hour window. They couldn't hit the window, and wanted to come at 7pm. NOT ACCEPTABLE. If they can't hit a 5 hour window, then they are incompetent at scheduling, which means they are INCOMPETENT.

I highly recommend Estes heating and air for your service needs. One on their technicians by the name of Jeremy Finch, serviced our air condition units today. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Estes for your heating and air condition needs.

Pathetic service. Failed to hit a 5 hour window...NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE! All they can say is "I'm sorry...". Not acceptable.
