Very disappointed in their service as a big company. Our unit was installed by Estes a couple of years ago and we experienced a malfunction in our unit, our fan kept spinning which is a major electrical hazard. Estes refused to help us on time and were asking for more money to just assess the unit and not only that, they said they won’t be able to come the same day as an emergency service. I'm going to update this review after the work is done. I'm waiting for an inspection and an estimate for the work we need done. Unless you have all day to wait around( which today I did) I'd use someone else. Our appointment was scheduled for 12-5. At 12 they said it would be close to 3. Now at 230 they are saying it will be around 5. I'll update and let y'all know if the work they do is worth waiting around all day for.

Reached out via the web for a plumbing service call -- received a call back in less than 10 minutes and a tech was in the area and was here in less than 30minutes. Plumbing regulator needed to be replaced, they cut it out and replaced it and had us back in business in less than 30 minutes. A great experience.

They came to do an annual check up on a 2 year old unit. The bottom unit stopped working 24 hours later. They said it was a coincidence and that my evaporator coil just happened to break and drain my entire unit that same day. I asked that the unit be filled back with refrigerant to the level it was at the time of service, that they verify that the schrader valve is functioning appropriately and that they recheck the unit in 6 months.
