I'm going to update this review after the work is done. I'm waiting for an inspection and an estimate for the work we need done. Unless you have all day to wait around( which today I did) I'd use someone else. Our appointment was scheduled for 12-5. At 12 they said it would be close to 3. Now at 230 they are saying it will be around 5. I'll update and let y'all know if the work they do is worth waiting around all day for.

Reached out via the web for a plumbing service call -- received a call back in less than 10 minutes and a tech was in the area and was here in less than 30minutes. Plumbing regulator needed to be replaced, they cut it out and replaced it and had us back in business in less than 30 minutes. A great experience.

They came to do an annual check up on a 2 year old unit. The bottom unit stopped working 24 hours later. They said it was a coincidence and that my evaporator coil just happened to break and drain my entire unit that same day. I asked that the unit be filled back with refrigerant to the level it was at the time of service, that they verify that the schrader valve is functioning appropriately and that they recheck the unit in 6 months. I got in touch with Estes in Lawrenceville Ga after dealing with two different air conditioner companies, who just stole my money. One company (a father and son team) had great reviews on Yelp. I later learned they were responsible for disconnecting my cables on my furnace unit upstairs, just to lie about the repairs I didn’t need. I called Estes and the technician they sent out to me was Jeremy, who was very thorough. He showed me how these thieves tried to milk me out of thousands for unnecessary repairs.
