Nothing but TROUBLE! Since living here, I have not had good experiences. The things that I have experienced would be comparable to living in a place where I paid like $400 a month, not $750. We have had problems with a child molester, a stabbing, car break ins, drugs and fights. Then the actual apartment. My kithcen ceiling has fell through twice since we lived here.
