🚫 If you need assistance with an Estate Sale in the Central Iowa area, stay away from TANGERINE ZEBRA. 😡 Bob completely stopped responding when we had questions or concerns about the service they provided when we had to liquidate our Dad's estate. The property was left ransacked. We couldn't understand the reasoning behind the pricing of items. They asked for THREE weeks of advance access to the house to stage and price items. I would not recommend this company. I wish I would have done more research before selecting them as there are lots of negative reviews and that was my experience as well. Their communication is poor to non-existent and I was constantly having to chase them for information and they don’t return calls or messages. The net proceeds were significantly less than expected as we only netted $3k which was shockingly low considering it was a fully furnished house for sale.
