Do not hire this man. We hired him as first time home buyers he inspected homes for us a year ago. We are now 10k in debt for our leaking flooded basement. 2k in debt for the things that hold the home up. 5k for a roof leak. And if my fianc wasn’t a plumber it would have been way worse with the basement flood.

I would recommend these guys for your home and building inspections. They are thorough and reasonably priced!
Chance with Esate was VERY prompt and friendly in regards to our inspection needs. He was able to get to the property within 2 business days as promised. His communication exceeded our expectations and made this experience much easier than we had thought it would be. 10/10 recommend this business for your inspection needs.
I spoke with Chance to schedule a home inspection and he was very courteous and very reasonably priced. After inspection he was quick and very detailed in his report. Highly recommend and would use again.
