These were the most helpful inspectors I have dealt with. They were able to fit me into a tight window with a quick report turnaround. They were also able to give extra attention to a few areas that I was most concerned about.

My Realtor insisted I use "his guy" , but I called Estate home and building inspections instead. Man I'm glad I did.The home inspector found mold and foundation issues ( bowing wall in crawlspace ) Long story short, I saved $ 5400 . 00. On the house after the seller made the repairs. This inspector does home inspections as a full time career as opposed to a part time supplemental form of income like most of the other inspectors.
My husband and I would highly recommend this company for home inspections in the central IN area. The responsiveness and customer service was great. The price of the inspection was very reasonable and competitive. The inspector was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and overall very helpful in our closing process. Thank you!!!
