Terrible Customer Service - Lousy Job – Terrible customer service; and not a very good cleaning job. I went to them with a tricky stain because of their reputation. They kept the garment for a FULL MONTH, I had to constantly call them to find out the status (even when they would promise to call me back, which they never did), they did an average job of stain removal, they cost an arm and a leg, and their staff was incompetent. I regret using them, and I ended up taking the dress somewhere else.
