Dan, with the maintenance dept. Did a great job. Fixed my kitchen sink clog the same day reported. He recommended replacing the disposal as it was getting old. Everything is good now. Thanks Dan.

This company continuously has property losses make flooding in each apartment every year. The office manager will refer you only to your insurance company and will not support you or help. Reaching out to corporate is a joke they refer you back to the office manager. they also have molds in their apartment units from water damage and they spray paint over the mold and they claim this is how they remediate the mold in each apartment unit. I need to add a further review to my previous one. Estancia, especially Jennifer, is not handicapped friendly. They will not work with people with needs for a common solution to all for the issues the handicapped need

I’ve lived here for over 5 years and until now all was well. New management, Jennifer Alvarado, has changed this. I am blind and jennife4 refuses to assist. She has aided her voice to me o the point of insulting me for my blindness Only rent here when Jennifer is gone

Sucks Loud Filthy Pool closed can’t get chemicals right Management Sucks Loud Filthy Pool closed can’t get chemicals right Management let’s residents do whatever without consequences police have to be called for partying in pool after hours and for domestic abuse People no respect for other residents it is a horrible place to live can’t wait to leave themselves and have no respect for the property.
