Great place to live! I lived here for 5 years and enjoyed my time. The 2nd floor apartment was spacious with vaulted ceilings, and a HUGE patio. The staff was always responsive and made the complex feel like a family-run property. People were VERY nice. There was security walking around at night. My only complaint was the dated cabinets/kitchen floor, but I'm sure some have been updated. I loved the convenient location across the street from the Y for workouts. Love it here I have lived here 4 months now and absolutely love it! Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The complex is quiet, peaceful, clean and well maintained. Sherry and Kim at the office are awesome and the maintenance staff are terrific! If anything needs to be fixed they take care of it right away and do a great job. Security patrols the premises every night. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom is huge, and the kitchen has a ton of counter and cabinet space. Love I've been living here for almost 3yrs, every time something goes wrong, it gets taken care of right away. Apartments and huge and the balconies are the biggest in the city. It makes them seem like they have an actual yard. I have a patio set and bar with tiki lights and stuff. I'll be sticking around for a while!

6 Years and Counting I love living here! I have been a resident for six years and I have never had a bad experience. The management is wonderful! They are warm and inviting and they treat their residents like family. The grounds are always nice and clean and their maintenance staff is great, too. Most of all as a single woman I feel safe living in this community. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone looking for an apartment in Las Vegas.
