Ok so I’m a newbie to cosmetic injections. I got a Mother’s Day cash present (stop with the spa certificates already) so I call Dr. Kronberg. I used to see her in high school 25 years ago. After the bad review about “hidden charges” I actually emailed about the concern. I got a call back immediately. No hidden charges. Joyce assures me. Good enough. I have been seeing Dr. Kronberg on a regular basis for the past 12 years. She has treated me for skin cancer and antiaging and she has always been professional, caring and upfront and fair about her pricing. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an excellent dermatologist!
I have read the reviews for Dr. Kronberg and I'm appalled by the one posted on 2/22/12 by "angry customer". Clearly there was some sort of misunderstanding as Dr. Kronberg is the most professional and ethical doctors I have ever gone to. I went to her 15 years ago as a teenager for mole removal to be sure it was not anything serious. She also helped me overcome acne as a teen with wonderful creams. I have used her services that include botox,restiline,spider vein removal,mole removal and her facial lines for over 10 years. Dr. Kronberg does all the procedures herself. Very gentle and kind. Wonderful results. I have more people that can't believed I am 63 years old. I will always recommend her to everyone. She is the best....
I never thought I'd try Botox, but Dr. Kronberg convinced me that I would look natural and would still be able to make expressions. I now look refreshed without the deep lines between my eyes. People no longer ask me if I'm upset about something. Next, I'm considering a filler after seeing my friend's lines between her nose and mouth disapear under the doctor's care. She's great! The doctor doesn't overdo, but puts in enough to look natural. Thanks, Doc
