Experienced, professional and gentle. Staff helpful. Current with all procedures. Takes the time to discuss your concerns and pinpoints what you want, then discusses the options to achieve the result. I have been her patient for 20 years and I wish all my doctors had the same level of expertise and caring. One of my favorite doctors and I always recommend her to my friends.
Dr. Kronberg is very warm, obviously very good at what she does, and spends as much time as necessary with patients. The staff is always professional and I never have to wait more than a few minutes. I came in so nervous and Dr Kromberg made me feel so comfortable that I soon was able to relax and the wholes visit was the best that I experienced with getting fillers and Botox that I want everyone to know that they should come to this office, The staff is also friendly and it was a comfortable office setting with cleanliness and nice background music. My second visit ever to a Dermatologist was to see Dr. Kronberg and she made my visit very comfortable. I had a mole that I have been concerned about and wanted to have removed for a long time. She explained things every step of the way and was very sweet and eased my fears about the concerns I had. I feel much better for seeing her, she is my Dermatologist of choice and I plan to go in for any other issues that I would need her help on.
Wonderful experience with all her staff, they have positive attitudes, and show great respect to all patients and greet you by your name as soon as you walk in the door. Dr. Kronberg has excellent bedside manner, is patient, has great listening skills, and truly cares about your personalized health care needs. I am so lucky to have found such a wonderful and experienced human being as my detmatologist.
