Great experience, I'd list names but I'm pretty sure I had everyone here for install!! I had a very old system and would have cost almost as much to fix as get brand new! Derrin, Ed, Brian....I'm sorry, I know I left a few out....
Timely courteous and knowledgeable service. Called for service at 11AM Friday and had tech here a little after noon time. Had water heater installed and operating same afternoon. Definitely recommend this company
The $79.99 special service package apparently only included an inspection and not cleaning as I might have expected. I was also told I had mold in my system. When I got a second opinion, it was just dirt. Essig was apparently trying to be quick to sell me on something I didn’t need, a cleaning system that was conveniently stocked in the truck. When I tried to obtain more information, I was simply referred to their website.
whenever we call Essig, they respond immediately. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and explained things very clearly. Solved our problem without any delay. We're always impressed with Essig Plumbing!!!
Darrin Erb from Essig was here to do our yearly heater check on both of our houses & as always was very friendly & did a very professional & excellent service. We have had him coming to our home for years for both heating & AC checks & will continue. We are so happy to have a contract with Essig & have Darrin or any of their professionals here to keep our systems up to date & working properly.
