Techs arrived on time and used shoe covers, that was impressive! Very friendly and personable guys. They tried a bunch of stuff to get my furnace up to snuff, even called the manufacturer for info on my wall-mounted unit. Gave me several options and took their time explaining pros and cons. No pressure, not doing a hard sell which I appreciated. They promptly emailed an estimate so we could weigh our options. Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC services. Very professional. My family has used Essig for many years.
