The new management is single handily running this place into the ground an that is a gross understatement
I currently live here and YIKES. There are major structural and plumbing issues in these buildings. I am genuinely appalled that they can legally sell units here. These are some sneakyyyy realtors/agents here. The elevators are constantly broken, the water/pipes leak in many units, the hot water goes out monthly, vehicle isn’t safe in the parking, tons of Airbnb’s running secretly with many tourists around all the time, that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
