Horrible place to live if anyone is looking to buy here in the new condos I highly suggest not. Crime, horrible leasing, utilities don’t work. Dead rats and cigarettes all over floor in stairwell. Place always smells like weed
Iang at the front desk is amazing! she's always super sweet, helpful, and makes coming back in to the building feel extra welcoming every time. She always goes out of her way to help out in anyway she can.
I’ve been living here for the past year and overall its been a good experience. I like the large windows in my apartment and love the views I love the pool and it is never that busy which is nice. the staff are very friendly and are responsive ever since I moved in! im very happy living here
We were strongly considering moving into the Essex Skyline apartments, until we read these reviews. Some of them as recent as 2 months ago. Elevators breaking down, not reserving elevators for tenants moving out, gates breaking down, rude concierge seems to be some of the common themes. It is impossible for that many people to have the same common problems without them being true. It’s a shame that such a beautiful property is so poorly managed. Lived here for several years, Ieng at the front desk is very helpful and friendly and always goes out of her way to greet us. New management and staff are great and keep place very clean.
