Rod was exceptional. We needed a ride to come to Essex. He offered to pick us up. He was down to earth, not pushy and had a good sense of humor. When my nephew is ready to purchase his first car (and my oldest son as well) we will drive them ourselves (in our new-used car!) to get a car with Rod! Great experience - best so far.
