Questo albergo è cambiato moltissimo negli anni, è veramente decaduto, è sporchissimo già dalla hall, personale scortese e scostante,avevamo una prenotazione e ci hanno detto che a loro non risultava , abbiamo risolto e fortunatamente in un altro albergo,ci hanno rimborsato al ritorno!!! Da evitare !!!!
Absolutely horrible! If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The floors are disgusting, the rooms are horrible. They have us 2 different rooms with forced entry issues and the door wouldn’t lock. The wall ports did not work and wouldn’t hold a charger. The walls paper thin and can hear everything from the other room. 0/10!!!! This place is unsafe and completely horrible!!!

I had such a lovely stay at the Essex House! The staff were amazing and the rooms were very comfortable! Great location too! Bruce was especially welcoming and helpful!
