I had a great stay at the Essex House. Rooms are a bit dated but was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location can't be beat. It was a good value for the money.
Overall nice place things could be updated and the elevator serviced, surprisingly with the loud music it was not bad in the room we were in.
Great rooms. Fun bar area. Excellent customer service. Great staff.
On a floor where 2 families in adjacent rooms were screaming at each for hours at night and the next morning. Security was a waste of time coming up once and letting them get away with screaming in the hallway and rooms after he left. Free Breakfast = coffee and croissant THATS IT NO SUBSTITUTES…
