This review is for the customer service I received. Charlene was the front desk agent that checked me in and she was amazing. Truly made my first time in Miami and at Essex House a great one. She was so nice and knowledgeable about the area. Will definitely book again in hopes of being treated by Charlene again!.
They call it art deco, I call it run down. If you’re looking for a cheap place to lay your head down, I suppose it will suffice. The walls are peeling and cracked, it appears that vacuums don’t exist for the hallways. On the bright side they were generous with toilet paper, offering a quarter roll, with no extras in the room. Towels were dirty, soap was lacking. 10/10 would not return.
Excelente hotel, aconchegante , eu e minha família fomos bem recebidos e não tivemos problemas. Eles ofereceram bicicleta sem cobrar e cafe da tarde. Recomendo
