La limpieza es media baja. Además cobran aproximadamente 60 USD por dos persona el desayuno y era 1 croissant seco y un café, en nuestro caso que no tomamos café, no tenían/querían cambiar el café por un té, así que tuvimos que cambiar el café por agua. Decepción total. Precio calidad pésimo.
Highly disappointed, pictures on website must’ve been taken using some sort of an angle or filter not truly as is in person. Location seems tired, aged and withered, smell of mold and musk in the air and in the rooms definitely not what I expected when looking at the website and viewing pictures. Mala experiencia. La ventana de la habitación rota y no la podían reparar. La persona del front desk nos cobró en efectivo por guardarnos las maletas antes y después de check in, y también por un late check out. Y después nos cobraron en la tarjeta tambien!! Reclamamos y ni nos respondieron... Por cierto es un 3 estrellas legalmente, no 4.
Unfortunately my review will not be a good one. I had booked 3 rooms for myself for my birthday. Upon arrival, there was some confusion about my reservation. However, the front desk person was able to find all three rooms when I gave the reservation numbers. Our rooms were close to each other, which was nice. When walking into my room we immediately noticed a musty smell and saw a large hairball on the floor that seemed to be left by the cleaners.
